By using bnbANALYTICA ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing a report.
bnbANALYTICA provides AI-generated audit reports for short-term rental listings. You submit an Airbnb listing URL, pay via Stripe, and receive a PDF report by email within approximately 10 minutes.
Reports are generated using AI analysis (Anthropic Claude), scraped listing data (Apify), and a proprietary knowledge base. Results are informational and advisory — they do not constitute professional real estate, legal, or financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By purchasing a report, you confirm that you have the legal right to submit the provided listing URL for analysis.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
We do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue and did not receive your report, please contact us via our contact form within 7 days of purchase and we will regenerate or refund at our discretion.
Reports are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Your report is stored permanently in your account and is always accessible from your dashboard via the Download PDF button.
You may request deletion of your report and associated data at any time via our contact form.

The report content generated for your listing is provided to you for personal or business use. bnbANALYTICA retains ownership of the underlying methodology, prompts, and software.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific revenue improvements, occupancy increases, or ranking changes as a result of following report recommendations. Results vary by listing, market, and implementation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bnbANALYTICA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the report in question.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
